Gurmat Nirnay

Description Although the Sikhs regard their sacred scripture Guru Granth Sahib as their eternal Divine Deity, Guru and guide, there is no systematic and codified code of spiritual, religious and individual conduct in its text. Whatever code of conduct has been formulated has been done by the Sikh scholar, saints and Sikh community's religious organizations. This book, written by an eminent Sikh scholar, puts forth several ideological formulations and ideals which need to follow by the devout Sikhs in the conduct of their individual, social, and religious life. The author has derived these conclusions on the basis of his deep study of the sacred text. He claims to give a sense of finality to his decisions and expects the Sikh community to follow these principles in their daily life. The author has touched upon almost all aspects of life and provided a valuable guidance based on the teachings of Sikh Gurus. His conclusions need to be seriously studied, adopted and followed by the Sikhs.[edit]
