Description This is a collection of research papers on the science of language, or linguistics written by national and international scholars and read at a seminar. The papers explore the history of language, linguistics in all its verbal and written formats and their variety of connotations. The papers, being highly technical and scholarly, are beyond the grasp of ordinary readers but are highly useful to the budding scholars of linguistics.
