Itihaasak Pattar

Description This historical tract (1953-54) describes the founders of several Sikh/Udassi sects and their major seats as well as a detailed description of "Dasam Granth". These Udassis Sects known popularly as "Bakhshishs" (Blessings) include those of Bakhat Malis, Jeet Malis, RAmdas ke, Sodhi, Dakhni Rai ke, Sadhu Nand Lal Jeeke, Dewane Sadhu Hira Dasiya and Ram Raiyyas, The founders of these sects were blessed by different Sikh Gurus at different times. These sects preached and propagated Sikhism in their different styles and Codes of Conduct. The second part describes the authorship, subject matter, content and literary style of Dasam Granth which the tract claims to have been written by Guru Gobind Singh himself.
