Title Balmiki Ramayan
Description Balmik's Ramayan is an epic which has a great impact on India's culture and civilization. Although its impact on Punjabi is less but it has influenced the Punjabi culture quite deeply. Maharishi Balmik once asked Narada about the greatest personage endowed with the best qualities of head and heart. Narada named Sri Ram Chandra. Thereafter, the sage Balmik looked at the complete life and personality of Rama with his yogic powers and narrated what he saw in sanskrit epic. This Balmik's "Ramayana" has been translated into easy-to-read Punjabi.
